When we walked onto the lot, Jay met us with a smile and a handshake. We told him what we wanted. We took the car on a test drive and loved it. We told him we wanted the Best deal up front. Not hassle. He took us inside we talked and told him what we needed to buy. Jay went to talk to a Manager and told him what we said. They both came back with two offers printed out. The FM Mr Fuller was great to talk to as well. No pressure. He was very upfront. Really liked him. We left with the car we wanted and on our terms. Will DEFINITELY go back. ??

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

I went to check out a used Ford Edge that I was shopping for and I was greeted by the salesman in the lot. I told him I was looking at this car specifically and he did not try to push any other car on me. I test drove it and we went inside to see if we could make a deal. I did not get the usual hard sell or other tactics that some dealers use. The car was considerably discounted already as it was not the brand they sell new so I knew we could make a deal. The business manager was very professional and I was in and out with the car I wanted in a couple of hours. This impressed me, especially on a bust Black Friday sales event. The extra's that were provided are nice too. 1 year of free oil changes and lifetime car washes for the car.

The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. I had a wonderful experience last Friday, Feb. 14th at the Ed Voyles Hyundai. I received the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. Maria my Service Advisor was very helpful and accommodating. EJ was the sweetest young lady and was very helpful as well. My technicians Corey and Emmanuel did an excellent job with my repairs. Micah the porter was nice enough to go to the back and retrieve my apple charger from my car while my vehicle was being repaired. The Service Manager was not nice at all and very unprofessional to say the least. I asked to use an iPhone Charger and one of the employees found one for me. I would typically have my cord on me, but what I thought would be a quick oil change turned into an 8-hour costly repair. Because I was caught off guard with the I was not prepared for the time spent at the dealer and I live across town so I could not go home nor was I provided with a loaner. I had a conference call to take and needed a charger. I went to one of the service advisors and she tried to help me find one. She found a cord in the wall but, when she went to grab it the service manager snatched it and said no. He was really rude and disrespectful about it, and I felt so disrespected by the way he handled it. He saw me there all morning and knew I would be there for the majority of the day, but his attitude was horrible about it. That's when Micah saw the disappointment on my face and suggested that to retrieve mine from my vehicle, he was such a sweetheart. I will definitely return to Ed Voyles Hyundai because of the employees but not the Service Manager.

I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. Honest folks with exceptional service that treat you like royalty! What else can you want?

So far so good ! We purchased two vehicles from this dealership and every time I had a problem they took care of it unlike other Hyundai dealerships in this area they don’t try to rip you off so far so good …

Jacques was an absolute pleasure to work with. Coming into the day we test drove at Webb Hyundai Merrillville, we were leaning towards a luxury mid-size with BMW and Infiniti at the top of our list, and we closed out the day by driving home in a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Jacques was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, not too pushy but also stayed on us once he saw our interest increasing. Much of the reason why we ended up choosing the Palisade Calligraphy was due to his approach, as the many the dealerships we went to within our test-drives did not provide a good experience. It also helped that the dealership itself was nice with responsive parts and service employees, free car washes, and a comfortable service area given how long it can sometimes take getting your car serviced at a dealership. Very happy with our decision to purchase from Jacques and Webb Hyundai Merrillville. Highly recommend!
