There was so many people there at South Bay Hyundai Service Drive! Their service is great! i took my Sonata for maintenance and the service advisor Calvin was super helpful and very sharp. Very smooth car buying experience. Friendly customer service from salesman Roger including taking time to answer all questions. While it was busy, I did not feel rushed and was able to make a good purchase at a good price. Would recommend this location to anyone buying a car and will use them again.

I was tipped off that if I couldn't get a good deal at my local dealership, to try the folks in Santa Clarita. AutoNation and they did not disappoint. Jorge was a pleasure to work with and helped negotiate a great deal. xxxxxxto the extended warranty guy, too - I didn't buy it but man oh man, he was good and almost got me!

All the staff was pleasant and very professional. We enjoyed, especially working with Hector. Our sales manager that spent the entire afternoon with us helped us with any questions we had about the car and even took it through the car wash. We so appreciated all of his time and effort. The only thing that was difficult was waiting all afternoon for the finance manager, but you have to expect that on Sundays. He was very nice. Also very professional just took a long day to get to the paperwork, but we are 100% happy with the car and everything that took place.

Just disappointed that my 2026 Kona SE FWD doesn't come with free first 3 years oil change. Note: My daughter Angel Hamsa & her husband bought their car from AutoNation. My daughter wanted a new car for me instead of a used car. She suggested for me to test drive a new car as a retired grandmother who would be time to time have my toddler grandson riding with me. Moses Scott was our friendly sells person at Valencia AutoNation who assisted us.

They have a great service crew. Every time I take any of my vehicles in for any services, they take great care of them. From the CSR to the tech, they are their to make sure your vehicle is taken care of.

Cesar Maldonado provided excellent customer service, all the employees were very nice and I did not wait long for service to be done on my car.

Matt Sepahpur is a fantastic sales rep at the Santa Monica dealership - he is intelligent, honest, made the purchase easy, was able to tackle all queries my husband and I had, responsive and knowledgeable. They were honest, above 100 honesty. I went to Hyundai of Camarillo or Oxnard a year before to service my 2013 Sonata Hybrid and they tried to scr... me with the warranty. When I heard from Westlake people how much coverage I HAVE FOR THE NEXT 70k miles or 3 more years they make my day. Never going back or recommend Hyundai of Oxnard/Camarillo AGAIN!
