Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.

I highly recommend servicing your Hyundai car here. They are attentive, honest and reliable. I have driven a Hyundai for 22 years now and this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Now with that said, a big flaw is not offering loaner cars. I don't have access to another car and every time my car has had a major issue, I have had to sit at the dealership for hours because there is nothing I can do. Renting a car last minute is usually not feasible or available. I am currently looking at getting a new car sometime this year. While I have been very happy with Hyundai, not offering loaner cars is a big factor in my decision in what car I end up buying.

Overall top marks for the dealership, special mention for the sales rep Diana. A great place to spend hard earned money. Normally it’s hard to recommend a dealer, not this time.

Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and mostly satisfied with the whole process. It took about a month to get the right color combo in stock, but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back the next day to pick it up though. Jake was professional, friendly, and had knowledge of the vehicle, but since I have been following this car's development for some time, I think I surprised him by knowing more than he did about some things. Management (David I think) tried to sneak a few things onto the total bill, but that was expected, that's their job, and I did my part and caught them. The finance guy, Gerardo, was very professional and made the final signing process easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, I guess he was the only finance person on Wednesday night and I had to wait about an hour for him to finish with another customer. In total, I was there over 5 hours.

Just bought a Toyota Camry from Hertz in Norwalk. We had the best salesman ever, CW you were awesome!! He was very helpful and patient with my parents who needed to replace a car due to their car being totaled in a car accident. They (my parents) have a very hard time making decisions and CW helped them weed through the choices until he found them a car that matched everything that they were looking for. I've had my 2023 Elantra HEV for 1200miles so far. Averaging 50 mpg with mix of hwy/city driving. All the tech works well, and there is a lot of tech! It is a smooth and comfortable ride for a non-luxury compact car. I sold my Lincoln Continental to buy this simply because I plan on driving it cross country a lot over the next few years and it will be under warranty for 100k/ 10 years and for the MPG. So far, i am very happy with the purchase, and my wife always wants to drive it, instead of my Subaru Outback or my Mercedes E320.

HI I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited last night. I have never had such a positive experience from a dealership. Our salesperson Arthur Ortega was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers. We began the transaction later in the evening. Arthur and the team, including the vehicle prep team, the F&I team and others stayed late to provide us with a beautiful vehicle that literally had just gotten off the truck an hour prior! We had shopped at 3 dealerships prior to making this purchase. Arthur was giving us tips and tricks about awesome functions the vehicle had up until the last minute! Thank you thank you to Arthur and the team for restoring our faith in the auto dealership experience!

I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!

So far so good with the 2023 Elantra hybrid Limited, which I bought three weeks ago. MPG is very good, averaging 45 to 50 around town and 60 a couple of times for extended highway drives. Be advised, though, that the way to get the better figures is always to use the normal driving mode. Don't think, as I did at first, that the smart driving mode will get you the higher MPGs. The one complaint I have is that visibility is not so good out the rear window, though of course there's the rear view camera. Also, I'd have liked a way to get the camera rear view to take up the whole display area, rather than the right side of it always being devoted to something else. Can't speak to reliability, because of the short time I've had the car, but all the tech and safety features seem to work well. All in all, the car seems to provide very good value for the money if you can get one at a reasonable price. For a while, dealers were tacking on thousands of extra dollars as a market adjustment, though seemingly not so much anymore.

The new suv was as advertised and there price was the lowest I found from several Hyundai dealers. All of there personal is very nice and patient understanding and very informative I will different recommend and I will go back to them next time I need a new car

I'm in the process of buying with this Hertz location. Paul has been a great help and he's promptly answered all of my questions either via email, text, or phone call. The car I am looking at was not processed yet, when I first spotted it on their lot. I have been kept in the loop the entire time. Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle.
