HI I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited last night. I have never had such a positive experience from a dealership. Our salesperson Arthur Ortega was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers. We began the transaction later in the evening. Arthur and the team, including the vehicle prep team, the F&I team and others stayed late to provide us with a beautiful vehicle that literally had just gotten off the truck an hour prior! We had shopped at 3 dealerships prior to making this purchase. Arthur was giving us tips and tricks about awesome functions the vehicle had up until the last minute! Thank you thank you to Arthur and the team for restoring our faith in the auto dealership experience!

Overall top marks for the dealership, special mention for the sales rep Diana. A great place to spend hard earned money. Normally it’s hard to recommend a dealer, not this time.

I'm in the process of buying with this Hertz location. Paul has been a great help and he's promptly answered all of my questions either via email, text, or phone call. The car I am looking at was not processed yet, when I first spotted it on their lot. I have been kept in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend servicing your Hyundai car here. They are attentive, honest and reliable. I have driven a Hyundai for 22 years now and this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Now with that said, a big flaw is not offering loaner cars. I don't have access to another car and every time my car has had a major issue, I have had to sit at the dealership for hours because there is nothing I can do. Renting a car last minute is usually not feasible or available. I am currently looking at getting a new car sometime this year. While I have been very happy with Hyundai, not offering loaner cars is a big factor in my decision in what car I end up buying.

Got a great deal on the advertised 2025 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid! They tried to pile on a bunch of ridiculous options and warranties, all of which I rejected repeatedly until they got the message.
