Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

The Ioniq is a lot of fun to drive. The ride is smooth and it has plenty of power. If you are someone that likes technology it has a lot to offer. If you are not tech savvy there will be a learning curve. Things that I don't like about the car is 1. No rear windshield wiper so it has to be clean frequently in winter or dirty environments. 2. If you live in a cold environment the efficiency is greatly diminished if the heater has to be run constantly. Overall great car so far.

I truly enjoy driving this car. And the level 2 and 3 charging is very easy. I have the Limited Trim package---so the technology and comfort is unbeatable. In the past, I leased a UX200 Lexus. This is a nice upgrade.

This is the best car I have ever owned and that is not hyperbole. I had a 2016 Tesla Model S that cost about $82,000 and my 2023 Ioniq 5 cost about $56,000 or $26,000 less than the Tesla. The Ioniq 5 charges 4 times faster, is more comfortable, quieter and more reliable than the Model S and for a lot less money. I have had the Ioniq 5 for over 3 months and am constantly "blown away" by all the features (learning about them takes awhile) and what a high quality car it is. If anyone is thinking about buying an EV, whatever brand and model you choose will be a quality car (except Tesla), but the reason I chose the Ioniq 5 is that it had slightly more range (rated at 266 miles for my AWD, but it easily gets 300 miles on a 95% charge) and the screen was a little easier to read than comparable crossover electric SUVs. If you choose to get an Ioniq 5 there will be no regrets.

It was a normal buying process. It took about three hours. Cylus was a good salesperson. I knew exactly what car I wanted so that process was easy.

We love our SEL RWD. It's quiet, comfortable, roomy and quite fun to drive. I am also really pleased with the interior and exterior design although I know that is subjective. Economy has been fantastic as well as we're getting close to 4 miles per kwh in mixed driving. Small niggles would be lack of wireless Android Auto or Apple Carplay (easily remedied with an adapter and I do believe Hyundai is adding this for future models), no memory seats and no automatic wipers in the SEL trim and only USB-A ports. Otherwise this is a smartly designed EV that is so far great too use.

Great selection of cars! The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. They are upfront with all their costs and worked with me to get me in the car I wanted. They have a great showroom and staff. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the purchase of my tesla model Y. Interior is in great condition low mileage and has 7 seats, which is hard to find at that price. They have a good selection. Fabrizzio, was super helpful and very communicative. the rest of the staff (Rich & Roger) were very respectful, informative and helpful as well. Overall great experience and a pretty fast process too. I felt like they were pretty upfront about the wheels and other add-ons. I totally recommend this place.

My Salesman was Uriel/Vince Fierro and he was over the top helpful especially in these times with supply issues. 1 conversation and the car was there the next day and ready to go. Also received a follow up phone call the next day to see how we liked the car. Everything Vince told me was right on no games or anything like that. Everyone else at the dealership was very friendly and helpful as well. I dealt with 6-9 other dealerships and delt with various knuckleheads. I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. My 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe had a paint issue. I contacted Tim Bright(Service Director) and he had his service advisor Danny Martinez navigate the warrantee claim through the system,got approval and had the issue fixed in short order. Great customer skills on Danny's behalf.
