Jared Hensley was amazing. We came in on a Saturday as we were passing through Denver. He saw us immediately. Provided us with a rental while our vehicle was being accessed and got us on our way so that we could continue our vacation. Then they took care of everything. Would highly recommend Arapahoe Hyundai for their customer service and it started with Jared.

This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.

I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. It sure drives like a little rocket compared out our other IC car

The following represents my experience after several visits over the last week with a female friend, where both of us are in the mid 70's- mid 80's. Since this was her first experience of purchasing a vehicle for several decades, I accompanied her for additional support. Additionally, I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Arapahoe Hyundai within the last 10 years. Our decision to purchase the vehicle from Arap Hyund followed considering vehicles from 3 other dealer, which was based on the vehicle that met her needs, and with the help of 3 sales reps. All 3, of which 1, was the Sales Manager, who apparently recognized our need of patience, and professionalism by the other 2 sales reps.
