We brought our Tucson in for service fearing a number of expensive problems it might have based on some sudden issues. Turns out we were right! Brandon Wood was our service advisor and just couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. There were a couple of major repairs needed as well as some regular maintenance issues, but he kept us informed every step of the way and explained the problems and what was needed with pictures from the technician. The repairs took a couple of days but Brandon even stayed late the day our car was ready to make sure everything was perfect before sending us on our way. We've used Stevinson Hyundai for years when they were in Longmont and have followed them to Frederick even though it's more of a drive to get there. We've always had excellent service and trust them completely, and this visit just confirmed our trust is well placed.

Great experience at a car dealership! How often do you hear that?? Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful. All in all a good experience. There's always that bewildered feeling when leaving a car dealerships or a cell phone company but Brian did his best to minimize and mitigate. Actually, everyone we dealt with at Schomp Hyundai presented as sincere and caring. And I'm an old fart who has years of experience dealing with the sales world. These guys left us with a good feeling at the end. Again, how many times do you hear that? Highly recommend.

Our after purchase review of our Ioniq5 session with Jazz Guitierrez was a pure joy. She was so knowledgeable, loves the car and features and could talk as long as we needed without a break (or “um” as she had every feature down cold). Jazz gave us great recommendations for best performance. She even coordinated a minor repair on the spot and got us set up on Bluelink. Cannot say enough about Schomp dealership experience and staff. I took my Ioniq5 in for the first checkup. They installed my roof top ski rack. They were very helpful. The facilities are great!
