I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I am a senior citizen and have purchased many vehicles in my life time. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. Sales Consultant Cedric felt more like a friend or family member working to get to the wife and I the very best deal possible. I highly recommend this Dealer. From Cedric to the Sales Manager and Finance staff they were all truly genuine nice and caring people. No pressure and all very helpful. If I was a car dealer I would offer Cedric a raise to come work for me.

Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

Excellent attention to an engine light that did not appear after I brought vehicle im. They drove it three times for a total of 132 miles to see test if engine light came on again. It did not. Nikolai was a gentleman from start to finish.

I have the Limited version of this car. It has a very comfortable ride compared to our Tesla M3. Range is plenty for daily commuting and long drives. The car charges very quickly at EA stations and comes with 2 years of free charging. The front seats are very comfortable and fully recline plus they are heated and cooled. The infotainment system is feature rich but the controls are a complicated mess so I mostly use Apple CarPlay with works great on the large display. I suggest you test drive this car as the photos make it seem smaller than it really is. It’s about crossover size but with a hatchback. The Digital Teal and Shooting Star matte paint colors are beautiful! My Hyundai service center has been excellent but some other Hyundai dealers are not so great. Visit your local service center before buying.
