Used 2023 Hyundai KONA for sale near Suffield, CT

Kayla Ogden was very helpful with the process of purchasing my 2023 Santa Fe XRT. This is our fourth Santa Fe from Key Hyundai! We would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in the Hyundai line of cars and SUVs.

Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

I had a very well experienced salesman. Xavier Adorno was my salesman. As my husband & I entered the dealership, Exavier approached us and asked us if he could help us. (Tom) my husband told him we are here looking for a used car for $22,000 or less.Exavier asked us to follow him and he will check the inventory. Exavier said “I have a 2021 Honda HRV and a Nissan Rogue. Exavier went & got the Honda and brought it right to me. Tom and I looked it over and we liked it. I’m handicapped so I appreciated that very much as it also was in the 90’s, and very hot & humid. We purchased the Honda. Thank you Exavier. The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

We went into Lia Honda of Enfield on the day my car broke down. Upom entering, we met Mark, who was more than willing to guide us through the available car inventory. He wasn’t pushy, and took the time to understand what we were looking for. Even though we went into the dealership with low hopes (having just been next door at another dealer), Mark was honest with us and helped us find something that worked. Our experience at Lia Honda made our car buying experience fast and convenient in a time we needed it most! We will most definitely be returning in the future.

I bought the 2023 SEL Kona for my wife. However, she has been traveling for work and I've driven it 4000 miles. I really enjoy the fun little car. Mileage overall 32-40 MPG. Handles/ looks great. Great experience

It feels solid on the road, handles well on turns, and when you close the doors they sound solid - no tin can sound or feel.

Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. Also offered to get another one I was potentially looking at shipped to local dealer for my review. I did not purchase from them but based on my experience I will definitly go back in the future.

Went looking for a truck on a Friday, left with a truck on that same Friday! Simple, easy, and quick. Worked with Mike on getting a truck and left with it the same day, would recommend, I don’t often do that lightly.
