Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

I had a problem with an issue about a part for my new Tucson SEL. I wrote a negative review about the issue. Almost immediately, I was contacted by the service manager Mike. He immediately took care of the issue for me. I’m extremely happy how quickly and to my complete satisfaction he handled this issue for me.

The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

I bought the 2023 SEL Kona for my wife. However, she has been traveling for work and I've driven it 4000 miles. I really enjoy the fun little car. Mileage overall 32-40 MPG. Handles/ looks great. Great experience

I worked with Bryan g, who was my service advisor when I brought my car in. Both times Bryan went out of his way to drop the car and me both at the dealership and at my workplace, I work weird hours and would not have been able to pick up my car before they closed, and yeah I could've taken a day or some hours off but why, for something that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Bryan was cool and helped me out a ton both times to ensure I could get my vehicle before the service department closed for the day by facilitating drop and pick offs. And is just an all around stand up guy cool to work with that I'd get a beer with.

Old school atmosphere....just the way it should be: Great customer service, knowledgable about the product, courteous and Honest with a capital H. Traded in my Honda, got a fair price and used it as a down payment on new Subaru. Best car by a mile I have ever owned. Top notch people. Actually, the best car dealership I have ever been to. Marc Debenedictis was one for the ages as the absolute best sales person anyone could ever hope to meet. A true professional in every sense and a man who truly cares. Yesterday evening right at the close of business I managed to wreck my tire. I managed to limp to Towne Hyundai, so at least I was off the road and safe. Terry at the desk was incredibly helpful and was able to get someone to stay a little later to replace the tire for me. Luckily they had one in stock. When the service was finished Terry walked me out to my car in the dark, a big plus because i was stiff from sitting. I've been buying cars from here for over 30 years, and this will keep me coming back. Thanks to them i am back at work this morning with a safe car!
