At only 14K miles, I had a tire leak that was not repaired properly elsewhere. Zach and his team took the time to really examine the tire, do extra work to save it. After having some issues with other Hyundai dealers in the area, I checked out Mountain Hyundai hoping for a better experience. 8 was more than impressed with the quality and efficiency of their service. I was in and out of the dealership within a three hour period (any delays in the process were brought about by my own indecision and questions). Kaylee, in sales, and Ryan, in financing, were both a joy to work with. They were courteous, considerate, and helped me find the best deal on an EV as a first-time leaser. I bought my vehicle from Stevinson Hyundai. I went in for my first oil change this past weekend. It was very easy to schedule online and I appreciated the text reminders about my appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee that was able to check me in swiftly. I waited for my vehicle and the waiting area was comfortable and had snacks and beverages to drink. I was also sent a text to track the status of my service. Upon completion, the employee came over to let me know the car was ready and I could check out when I was ready.

Our salesman Tim was great, he really knew his stuff. He was very knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressure to buy a vehicle. Smooth sale , great salesman

Brexton and Tanner were amazing!! Within 24hrs Brexton was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted and had much of the paperwork started before we arrived at the dealership. We went with two kids and let him know we needed to be in and out quickly. He had the car on the charger when we arrived, it was detailed and ready to roll as soon as we finished the paperwork.
