Received great sales service from Matt ( sales manager). I had been looking for a particular color and trim level Hyundai Tucson. He went above and beyond to find and help me with the purchase. Had been to another Hyundai dealer in Nky and test drove car and gave salesman my info and trade info and he said would give me a call next day with price. I waited two days and no response so Called his cell # on business card. He answer and said he forgot and would call next day, no call. My wife and I were in the market to replace our aging Pilot. We decided to stop in at Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria to check out the redesigned Santa Fe. Cody greeted us, and I let him know we were early in the process and just comparing vehicles. He was understanding, laid back and friendly in his approach, which we appreciated very much. We did not decide to purchase on our initial visit. After some deliberation we found a color combination we liked at the Kerry in Florence.
