Mark in service was great! Got my car checked in fast although it took a bit longer than I expected for service. All was good except the lot guy that brought me my car with the radio blasting and all the windows down! But again, Mark is my go to for service issues.

Paul was attentive and courteous while setting up my car service. This was my first time for a new car service at this dealership. It took over 2 hours to get the car done. There were few people waiting when I showed up for my appointment. The waiting room was clean and offered comfortable seats. Coffee, water, fresh fruit and other snacks are available. Clean bathroom also available. I wish they did not have the ultra religious tv channel on the TV set. It was annoying. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

I had the Check Engine Light come on and I took it in to see what was going wrong. They found that the #4 injector failed and so they replaced all of them at the same time. All under warranty. Elena was in constant contact with me, letting me know what was going on with my car and at the end, they washed my car. I would highly recommend Roseville Hyundai and if you can, ask for Elena!
