Paul took good care of us and kept us informed. We just had a basic oil change and tire rotation, no surprises.

Paul was attentive and courteous while setting up my car service. This was my first time for a new car service at this dealership. It took over 2 hours to get the car done. There were few people waiting when I showed up for my appointment. The waiting room was clean and offered comfortable seats. Coffee, water, fresh fruit and other snacks are available. Clean bathroom also available. I wish they did not have the ultra religious tv channel on the TV set. It was annoying. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

I had the Check Engine Light come on and I took it in to see what was going wrong. They found that the #4 injector failed and so they replaced all of them at the same time. All under warranty. Elena was in constant contact with me, letting me know what was going on with my car and at the end, they washed my car. I would highly recommend Roseville Hyundai and if you can, ask for Elena!

Our service advisor, Paul, was outstanding. Our Santa Fe overheated and caused a blown head gasket. On our behalf, Paul worked the process to get almost all of the repair covered by warranty. When an additional problem occurred when removing the head and head gasket, it became clear a replacement engine would be needed. Paul managed to get us that new engine. I couldn’t be happier with the support and effectiveness we got from Paul! I am also extremely happy with the support we got from Hyundai!

Reginald was great to work with in the service department. He kept us up to date with all that was going on with the car every step of the way.

Peyton handled sign up and follow up very well. Price was fair. Finished within estimated time. Overall a very good and professional visit.

Mark in service was great! Got my car checked in fast although it took a bit longer than I expected for service. All was good except the lot guy that brought me my car with the radio blasting and all the windows down! But again, Mark is my go to for service issues.

Took ‘25 Palisade in for first service. Edgar was excellent, explaining the service in detail and reviewing any costs (there were none). Just over an hour later, the car was done, including an exterior wash. Edgar went over all items in the service, including the front end alignment check. I left very satisfied with the service.
