Harold Herandez greeted me as I drove my car into service area. Harold was very courteous and Professional he asked the reason for my visit. I explained I was in for oil change and tire rotation. He checked my tires and my wipers also. We went inside he took all the particulars. I left dealership about one hour later Harold suggested I needed a few other services on car. I declined. He texted me when my car was ready. He had my paperwork ready walked me over to cashier. Then I was on my way. Harold was very efficient and respectful. Your service department is fortunate to have Harold. They were short staffed that day. I think it was only Harold and Dana the service manager I believe. 2023 Hyundai KONA SEL review
Was a great deal on Certified Used SUV Kona
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.
