The thing goes like h*ll! Two bad things though, it's awful in the snow bc you can't rock it out if you get stuck. It keeps jumping back to neutral. The other thing is the location of the heated seat buttons, we keep accidentally pressing them. That's awful in the summer, and if you have a dog in the car with you he will keep pushing the buttons. Otherwise we'd buy it again. I need to see if there's a fuse for those heated seats that I can take out after our lease is up and we own it.

I recently purchased a late-model used car from Basil Toyota that I found while shopping online. I live in Rochester and liked the car enough to make the drive out to Lockport to check it out, along with my wife and mother-in-law. We were greeted by Rob Fraiser upon entering the showroom. Immediately, we were made to feel at home and at ease. He was straightforward and personable. I never felt any buying pressure, and he stressed that he wanted me to feel comfortable with the possible purchase. Questions were answered directly and honestly. When I inquired why this car was being offered with so little mileage, and the answer was in question, Rob immediately left to acquire an answer from his service manager. A test drive was set up, and not knowing the Lockport area, Rob suggested a route to take that would give me a 20-minute drive at different speeds and traffic situations to get 'a feel' of the car. A deposit was put down, and we met the following Saturday to complete the sale and take delivery. It was a very busy sales day for Basil. Even so, Rob made sure we were comfortable and informed during the waiting period to complete the purchase process. All questions and concerns were promptly and professionally answered. I left with my new ride and felt like I had connected with a genuine nice guy.

We've had our 2019 Kona Electric Ultimate for almost 5 years. She's been a great car. Super easy to maintain -- tires, windshield wiper blades and fluid, cabin filters. The 12v battery needs to be replaced a bit. Otherwise, no complaints. She's fun to drive, easy to care for, low maintenance costs. Really good car!!

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.

Just bought Kona EV used a few weeks ago, wanted to dip toes into an all electric vehicle. So far, so good. Fun to drive, has plenty of acceleration and loaded with tech (Ultimate trim). Using regenerative braking and one pedal driving is a learning curve, but worth figuring out. Great range, easy to charge...perfect for local and around town driving. Hyundai CPO warranty gives some peace of mind, anticipating years of trouble (maintenence) free driving.
