We went to Corwin Ford of Springfield to see about appraising our van for a cash offer. Wyatt was very nice to deal with and offered us what we thought was a good price. Meanwhile we decided to trade it and another car in for a suv that we test drove while waiting for the appraisal. Michael was our salesman and he worked with us and finding a vehicle that met our requirements. Jordan, finance person, was very friendly and easy to work with. We don’t like car shopping but every one made this one a great experience!

I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

I took my car in for a recall everyone there was awesome. They gave me a ride back to my home and came and picked me up.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Paul at the service department was awesome. He got me and out of there in 30 mins. He offered me water and snacks while I waited for my car to be serviced. Paul kept me updated on the wait time. I loved his proper communication skills and great customer service.

The experience was just extraordinary. I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. Big shout out to Edgar, who not only explained very thoroughly the repair my vehicle had to go through but also accommodated all my needs! I bought myself the Genesis GV70 2022, from Braman Hyundai found it on CarGurus. My 1st salesman ended up being Guillermo and he treated me very well originally. The next few phone calls after my purchase I notice his attitude changed but never the less I brushed it off. When I had to return a few days later I called 1st, same dismissive attitude & once I reached there I brought it his attention. He apologized but again twice after that on a phone call he was very dismissive. Rush to tell me he has to take a call & he call me back and hung up. Never heard back and this was the second time he’s done that. Funny we seemed like we clicked prior to me purchasing my vehicle. Love my car but rather someone else got the commission!!
