He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. Bill Raynor was wonderful; full of knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm. He took time to fully educate us on settings and how to use the technology. Careful to offer lots of facts, he was willing to share opinions, but only if specifically asked. His years in the business have not jaded his tactics, and he continues making the customer feel they are at the center of the sale. Bill was thoughtful in his questions to help guide the customer to the best possible deal without imposing frivolous charges. If you need a reliable, kind, and well educated person to help on your vehicle purchasing journey, I recommend giving Bill a visit in Winter Haven (well worth a drive if you’re not already in the area).

Although we didn't buy thru them, I would high recommend them. Their online purchasing is very professional.
