I come from a long line of Hondas and Toyotas but my new 2026 Palisade Calligraphy is the best driving vehicle I have purchased to date. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and I can tell a very noticeable improvement in power (which really wasn’t even that important to me). It has the most beautiful, sleek, and innovative interior and drives and rides unbelievably smooth.

I bought a new 22 Sonata 1.6 turbo loaded! Ethan is my Sales Associate and he is personal and goes above and beyond to satisfy me,even a month after the sale.I got a descent deal on the new car and my trade in?👍

I bought the Calligraphy Edition. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. The driver's seat has a massager for your back and seat. This feature is designed to keep your body comfortable during longer drives. The 3.5l engine is thirsty for short trips, but reasonable on the highway. My version has door cam feature where any one near the car will be recorded. I like the all down feature for the windows with a touch and hold of the unlock button. Nice when it's hot out, but not a useful feature in a high crime area. I have the 7 passenger arrangement of seats, and the middle and back row can electrically lay flat offering much room for your stuff. The front turning signal are big and segmented. When turning one the vehicle will cause them to flash on top to bottom while the center bar light is in motion providing a Knight Riderish effect. The environment has dual climate controls in the front and separate climate controls for your rear passengers comfort. I have a tow bar with connectivity for electrically controlled brake trailers at 5000lbs max or non braking trailers 1000 max. The infotainment system provides guidance. This is only available when not using android auto and apple play. Notifications though will show. I don't have a roof rack, but one can be bought at Hyundai dealerships. Finally, all the driver assistant features work as expected, i.e., keep lane assist, cruise control assistant, steering assistant, with HDA. The heads up display conveniently keeps you eyes on the road while providing important information. The infrared facial camera reminds you to keep your eyes one the road. And a notification to keep your hands on then wheel when the steering assistant is in use.

I had a great experience dealing with Michael Kather at Shakers CDJR during the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee back in late October 2021. He was very patient and made arrangements to have a few cars pulled for test drives despite the cramped space as the dealership is going through a big renovation process. During the purchase process there were some snags that he was very helpful in resolving and got the deal done. Purchased a new car for my Grandmother here. I have never had anything close to the experience i got here. From the initial hello when i walked thru the door, to the final handshake, these folks are top notch! I give them 5 stars in sales and in service . I had brought my vehicle in for service and ended up getting a call from kayla before I came in telling me about the pull ahead program so i entertained the idea and went over to sales to look at a new elantra where I was met by pete. He worked with Mike canty to get me the best numbers to fit my budget and it was seemless. Give the new ownership and management a shot they are great over here now

The dealership and Venroy Allen were very courteous. They were thorough in checking out the issues with my vehicle. The car needed to be kept overnight to check out the problem. The next day I picked up the vehicle with the problem solved. The car was neat the way it was when I left it off. Pick up was easy and quick.

Today I want to share my experience, on January 10, this year, I was attended by a very sweet girl Grant Shauna, I had many doubts, but she very kindly resolved them and I am happy with the purchase of my car, I had to call in two Occasions to solve some doubts and she has been very friendly.

I just purchased a used car from Wile Hyundai. Steve C. was my salesman, he was very helpful in finding me a vehicle that would fit within my budget, Along with Gus the sales manager. They made my purchase a positive experience. As a woman you don't always get treated well at dealerships ,but these two guys made me comfortable and worked with me and there was never any pressure to buy something I didn't want.

Just bought a 2022 Ioniq 5 from Shaker Hyundai. Paul C was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. This was my first new car purchase (at 60yo!!) and this is a very technologically complicated vehicle. A 2nd Ioniq certified salesman spent about 45 minutes walking me through every aspect. There were horror stories of dealers upselling this car for thousands more than MSRP but my price was exactly what I expected. Highly recommend the car and dealer.

I bought a new Sonata yesterday. Andy sold it to me and he was just wonderful! He was so helpful in giving me options and helping me to decide which car was best for me. I was nervous about all the technology the car had and he answered all my questions. I was also reassured by him telling me that I could come back anytime with questions and they would help me. This is the second car I bought from them. I highly recommend Shaker's!

Purchased pre owned Ram truck. Johnathan was courteous and patient. Totally non painful buying experience. All staff pleasant. Detailing did miss a couple of areas, but I poke in places most people don’t. Would recommend

Venroy Allen was my service representative. He was extremely knowledgeable professional and courteous. He explained in detail what services I needed.

I leased my Hyundai Kona N-Line in 2022. It was not long past Covid and my local dealer in New London did not have what I wanted in stock. I found my car on the showroom floor at Shoreline. I was very well taken care of by several of the sales staff and financial manager at the time. I turned my car in on Saturday with very low miles (14,500). I originally was going to return it in New London out of convenience but they weren't willing to "buy" it by allowing me to avoid paying the end fees. I knew that with such low miles, there must be some equity. I went to Shoreline after speaking to Sam and Ryan offered to "buy" the car and save me the return fees. I feel that I was treated very well both times. As I was sitting waiting for my ride home, I was able to observe all of the sales staff doing their work. Everyone who walked by me made sure I was taken care of and offered assistance if I needed anything. I left a little bit sad to leave my Kona behind but Shoreline left me feeling like I wanted to thank them for such great service.

Harold was so kind in the way he talked to me in process of getting my car service . When the servicing of my car was completed he made sure i got the car in a timely fashion.Thanks Harold for everything
