About 2 years ago my wife and I came to this dealership just to look around. We weren’t planning on getting helped by anyone since we’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships (Freeway Honda/Nissan Garden Grove). We originally came looking for an Elantra N but had no luck. That’s when we met Eddie, our salesman. He introduced us to the Kona N — I loved it right away, and after a test drive, my wife loved it so much that it became her car! Eddie was excellent — honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. He gave us a great deal with the help of Juan, the Sales Manager, who was also fantastic: genuine, kind, and honest. Fast forward 2 years later, I was in the market for a car myself. I was considering a Type R, but at $60K with no room for negotiation, it didn’t make sense. My wife suggested reaching out to Eddie to see if there were any 2025 Elantra Ns available. Sure enough, he told us there were two. We came back, saw the facelift, and loved it. When we sat down to talk numbers, Juan (the Sales Manager) actually remembered us and since we had also recently brought my mother-in-law in to buy a Palisade, they once again took great care of us. With Eddie and Juan’s help, I left that day with my new Elantra N. Eddie, your customer service is top notch you went above and beyond for us both times.
