I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

We had a stress free buying experience. After visiting with a couple other dealerships that used the high pressure game- Rich at Ken Ganley Hyundai made the buying process easy?. We had such a great experience the first time, we bought another car the next year from Rich (Ken Ganley Hyundai) But?. Not only was the sales awesome so was the service. We seen antifreeze under the car. AJ from service had us drop off the car the same day. The next day they found the problem and ordered the part. We got the car back a coupe days later. AJ was excellent! Answered all my questions. The best experience I ever had with a dealership service department!

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

I arrived on time and Vince got the car checked in. I asked if a rental car was available for the rest of the day. Vince got one ready. I asked about windshield wipers and ordered a set for front and a single on the rear windows. Repairs went well and use of the rental car was helpful.

love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior.When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

It was fast and friendly. They didn't do any other work unless they talk to me frist. I will return there to get my other work done once I have them money.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

I purchased a Tesla from this dealership about a month ago. This was my first ev car purchase. Micheal Baldwin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful not only with helping me pick the right car. But even after I purchased the car stayed in contact with me making sure everything was right even sending me the correct adapters, I needed to plug in. Mike was super helpful and not pushy! I will definitely buy from Mike again!

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

I had been looking for a used vehicle and this dealership was very nice and never pushy like some can be.

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

I always receive excellent and so do my adult children. We have been buying from them for years, and you can't beat their service department.

My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!

Our sales associate was Kris Koepp. He really did a stand-up job. I drove right pass another Jeep dealership to buy from him. Old time customer service. Take time to drive over to Sliman's. They actually respect your time and not just " sell you".

Negative: somuch cabin noise with all windows closed sounds like window open (75-85 decibels). Can feel and hear every little bump especially on rough road. Noise rear of car found out recall for shock bracket problem ended replacing both shocks and all shock brackets and told this will have to be done again when Hyundai comes out with new recall. Positive: very big and comfortable cooled ventilated seats. Nice instrument panel easy to use and see. Nice ride other than mentioned above. A/C real cool works great in 100 plus degrees outside. Excellent camera parking featured front and rear plus 360 degree view. Excellent sound system. Electric third row up/down feature helpful. Second row captain seats heated, cooled and separate AC controls.

The Palisade has far exceeded my expectations. The 3rd row seating is spacious enough for an adult to travel in comfort. The Palisade SEL is loaded with all the bells and whistles you would find in a luxury vehicle for a fraction of the price.

I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.

Great car. Matter of fact it’s the nicest one I’ve ever owned. Went from a Ford Explorer which had a horrible ride and all sorts of maintenance issues past 110,000 miles to the Palisade. Unbelievably smooth ride. Lots of room. Very comfortable seats. Dash layout is well designed. Fantastic price as well.
