I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

Fast, seamless, and easy! We found the exact car we were looking for, model, year, color, features, online at Ron Marhofer. But, we are almost 4 hours away. Michael made the purchase process so easy and fast and was so helpful in getting the car delivered to us quickly and seamlessly! Great team there!! I flew in on Monday at 6:15 am and needed to meet my husband at a Doctor?s appointment at 2:20 pm. I had time to go home and get showered. They made sure I had a ride to pick up a car. The repairs were fixed a few days early! Couldn?t have had a better experience!

The Mike and Cameron both assisted me with working through the decision of purchasing my vehicle. While I initially looked at new vehicles when I returned to look at used they were just as helpful. Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience.
