I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Stefano Vigil was very patient and helpful through out the whole process, from the moment we step in until we left with our new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. We also appreciate the managers involved for making the whole process a brise. Looking forward to the first oil change coming up.

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

I don’t necessarily enjoy having to go get my car worked on, but it wouldn’t go anywhere else except for Rick Case and they were the people that only know me, but do their best to make the experience as smooth as possible and sometimes with the way things are busy busy as these places can be they actually were able to pick me up and fix me up expediently. I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

Our used car purchase was worth driving 150 miles for. The salesperson held the car for us to inspect and it was exactly as advertised. There were no hidden fees and the dealership welcomed our cash purchase. We received a beautiful shiny car with a full tank of gas! It was a breath of fresh air after visiting some shady dealerships!

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.
