I just had the best experience with your service department at Rick Roush Honda in Medina Ohio. The young man’s name is Dan Weinmann and he couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. It was a simple fix so I wasn’t even charged. I have brought my 2006 Honda Accord and they have serviced my car several times. I highly recommend this business when looking for a car (we love Hondas!) or for any service needs. My husband used to be able to work on all of cars but isn’t able to anymore. I’m so thankful to have a good, reliable and honest place to take our Hondas. This business is an awesome place for our wonderful community! I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

I bought mine in 2017, V6 FWD with 67,000 miles on it for $1200, was repainted 3 years prior as my guitar player sold it to me, he bought it new and paints cars for a living. Best get around car ever!! I drove miles and miles in this car never had to think, will it make it? NO, this car was the most reliable car I have ever owned, never left me stranded, I will surely miss it, I bought it because I also own a twin turbo V8 BMW X5, you HAVE to have another car if you own a BMW, lol, But IT has been down for the count for 6 months now , JUNK! So, I just traded it in on new car, a 2019 Toyota C-HR, I had the Hyundai for almost 5 years, I WOULD buy another if the price were right just to know that I have another reliable ride if needed. BUY ONE!! Great car people

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

I looked at cars from different manufacturers at different dealerships in northeast Ohio. Crestmont had the best selection of certified used cars in my price range. Dave Choike was very professional and thoughtful. He is the absolute opposite of the stereotypical used-car salesman. The only problem I had was when it came time to buy and the dealership was understaffed in the finance department... which EVERYONE has to go through. After waiting for a considerable time, the management made an accommodation for me that was much appreciated and got me on my way that evening.
