The experience with the dealer was overall good. Everyone was helpful and the process was quick and easy. The one complaint is the final person I worked with was overly pushing trying to sell packages like glass coverage. He refused to hear no and tried to make me feel stupid to pressure me into the purchase. I'm giving 4 stars because if that hadn't happened I'd have no complaints but that made me nearly regret the entire purchase.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

He is the hardest, most sincere salesperson I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I wish all sales people had his character and work ethic! Jeana was an absolute sweetheart in financial. I bought mine in 2017, V6 FWD with 67,000 miles on it for $1200, was repainted 3 years prior as my guitar player sold it to me, he bought it new and paints cars for a living. Best get around car ever!! I drove miles and miles in this car never had to think, will it make it? NO, this car was the most reliable car I have ever owned, never left me stranded, I will surely miss it, I bought it because I also own a twin turbo V8 BMW X5, you HAVE to have another car if you own a BMW, lol, But IT has been down for the count for 6 months now , JUNK! So, I just traded it in on new car, a 2019 Toyota C-HR, I had the Hyundai for almost 5 years, I WOULD buy another if the price were right just to know that I have another reliable ride if needed. BUY ONE!! Great car people

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.
