My husband and I drove down from the Chattanooga area to look at a Suburban we found online. When we arrived we saw that they had added another to their inventory. We fell in love with it. We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I was very satisfied throughout and after the sale. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And reached out to me for any concerns when the sale was complete.

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

You couldn't find a better place to shop. Very enjoyable to work with them treated the wife and I better than I was ever treated at a dealership. we will recommend to friends and family think for everything.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Nice service. Some car dealers lack a decent knowledge about their cars though. Wished I had more information about the cars I ordered from out of state.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

I wanted a nice car at a value price at a great price so I got the 2019 Santa Fe and it had 30,000 miles on it and this thing runs and drives as smooth as glass

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SUV. MY FAVORITE FEATURES ARE THE INTERIOR, THE LIGHTS, THE COMFORT, THE FACT THAT YOU CAN CHANGE THE DRIVE MODES, AND THE COLOR.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

I had a few question about future servicing for my new vehicle, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Potamkin Hyundai was outstanding and quick. Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours. I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300. Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

I love this subject. The Santa fe pulls my boat with ease, has great performance and handling. I still can't believe I get 30 mpg while cruising at 75mph on the highway all this from a roomy all wheel drive vehicle.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU!
