We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

We have a 2017 Limited Ultimate that just turned 193K miles. We bought it in Feb 2016. If you change the oil at 5k miles and the transmission fluid at 60k, and this car will run forever. Never had a problem with it. Everything still works inside and it still looks great. My only knock on the car is the rattle that developed in the rear doors when driving on the highway. My wife doesn't even hear it anymore, but it bugs me.

Had since new. Over 92,000 miles and I just replaced front brake pads. Did rear pads at 65,000. Never had any issues. Very comfortable. Actually got over 31 mpg on highway for the 2.4 which is rated at 22-29 mpg

I just had the best experience with your service department at Rick Roush Honda in Medina Ohio. The young man’s name is Dan Weinmann and he couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. It was a simple fix so I wasn’t even charged. I have brought my 2006 Honda Accord and they have serviced my car several times. I highly recommend this business when looking for a car (we love Hondas!) or for any service needs. My husband used to be able to work on all of cars but isn’t able to anymore. I’m so thankful to have a good, reliable and honest place to take our Hondas. This business is an awesome place for our wonderful community! This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Great car, love driving it. It is under powered but once you get to highway speed it’s fine. Had a great service rep but he left so will have to see how new one pans out. I have had zero problems with this car.

I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.
