Been driving my new Santa Fe XRT for 40 days now. The vehicle is great and has been useful for me. The financing process with Hyundai Motor Finance has been positive too. No complaints. Love my new family SUV. My dog loves it too.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SUV. MY FAVORITE FEATURES ARE THE INTERIOR, THE LIGHTS, THE COMFORT, THE FACT THAT YOU CAN CHANGE THE DRIVE MODES, AND THE COLOR.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

The entire team was friendly and helpful. They found the financing that fit my situation , in spite of my less than great credit and small down payment. We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

We have several Subaru cars serviced here for routine maintenance. The service has always been timely, courteous and very professional! Ryan is fantastic at explaining and helping us learn more about our cars’ features; it is great working with him and the entire staff. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable and stocked with snacks and hot or cold drinks. If you’re there in the afternoon, lunch is ordered for you. You certainly will leave satisfied and confident with your serviced and washed car (courtesy) and your tummy will be happy too.

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

Purchased new 2025 Kia Telluride. Made appointment with Joseph Kelley a few days prior to and told him what I was interested in. The day I arrived, I was greeted by Joseph on time, no waiting. After a brief visit he had a Telluride all ready for us to test drive. Even though they didn’t have the color combination I wanted, they were able to find one at another dealer and brought it in. I have owned probably 70 plus cars in my 70 years when counting company vehicles. I bought an old 2007 Santa Fe for my kid and loved it … got a 2023 for myself. Bought my Fiancé a 2023 Rav4 hybrid at the same time as I had one in 2021 for myself. This car is much quieter, better ride and a 20% better value. Just look at the warranty difference. Toyota will be losing market share when the word gets out. Hyundai is making a much better value.

I was replacing my 2022 Hyundai Tucson which was totaled in an accident. After research similar cars, I narrowed down to another Hyundai Tucson or a Kia Sportage. When I started pricing through phone calls and texts, I had the best response with Steven Coleman at Bob Moore Kia. He was prompt in his response and provided me an "out the door" price within minutes. He and his manager worked with me, even offering a better price on a similar Sportage. Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.

Very good experience. Our salesperson, Rylee Davenport, was amazing. She was very respectful and orifessional. In fact, that can be said of all the personnel(Zane and Andrew) I came in contact with. This was the most pleasant buying experiences i have ever had.

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

I appreciate the sales rep respecting my preferences, communicating regularly but not too the point of being obnoxious. I have heard from several different folks there (hope I did not leave one out) but all were professional and courteous.

The trunk gets stuck it closed on my fingers. The gas mileage is great and it’s never ran out on gas on me before and the GPS system could use a little work but all in all a good car if you have 2 kiddos.

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.
