After speaking with Charles Wicks and reviewing my options online, I went to Heritage Volkswagen still not sure if I would make a purchase. My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

The service department here is the best! The dealership across the river I bought my new Tuscon Hybrid limited from really dropped the ball and another dealership in Florida tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully. I was thinking we were going to have to lemon law out of the new vehicle we spent months researching and finally purchased because of a wiring harness that was a problem from the factory. Taylor was the 3rd try to remedy it before we gave up on the Hyundai brand. Turns out 3rd time the charm is a saying for a reason...or more likely the Taylor Hyundai service department is just better than the rest and try harder to solve your problems. Now that we love our car again, we will drive across the river for our next Hyundai.

Best car I’ve ever owned , it checks of all the box’s , plus the hybrid gives you great gas mileage and surprisingly lots of power . I’m 6ft 3 and fit comfortably and find myself volunteering to drive . Great car

Very happy with this SUV - have 10,000 miles on it. Excellent radio, electronics, seating, and comfort. Hybrid is excellent but mileage at 32-35 mpg is a little off

We purchased the limited edition. It has all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Love driver 1 & 2. Comfortable seats and ride. Love the reclining back seats. Lots of trunk space. Windshield wipers that come on by themselves. So many features! I Love my new car

I bought this car in May, and I could not be more pleased. It is saving me money and time when it comes to gas, as I am down to filling only once a week, and it gets 30 -34 MPG, depending on where I have to drive. I love the safety features, such as maintaining a safe distance from the car in front of me, the self-steering, and the brake hold, which gives my foot a rest at stop lights. The seats are very comfortable. I keep her clean and shiny all the time, because this car is going to last a long time, with its unmatched 100k warranty! The maintenance included feature means I won't be forking out money to keep her in tip-top condition. .This is my third Santa Fe, and they just keep getting better and better!

The dealership called me when the original buyer didn't put down their down payment and wouldn't reply to the dealerships calls. Aaron handled everything professionally and we drove off the lot with the car the same day. We would do business with them again!

This Santa Fe Hybrid has it all, but the coolest thing is being able to move the car forward or backwards from a tight spot without being in it. Love the panaramic roof. Tons of tech to learn.

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

Professional Team; Transparency Was Close but Not Quite There I worked primarily with Christina, who was fantastic. She was kind, organized, and always respectful of my preference for email communication between client sessions. Lou stayed engaged as well, and we came very close to a deal. I even received an email at one point from their general manager, which I appreciated and took as a good sign. Overall, the experience was decent, and I truly appreciate the effort, especially from Christina. The team has strong potential to deliver a great, transparent experience. Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling is on point, interior is laid out well comfortable. Got the matte finish bronze and it looks amazing. Our real world mpg is little higher than expected, coming in at 36 combined so far with it being driven 4k miles. The ONLY downside was our after sales service. Drove us insane trying to get the simplest request. Piece of window trim was missing when we took delivery, they had the car for 2+ months to "repair/replace" this ! During that time, it was probably promised "next Friday" , nearly every Fri., and always I always had to be the one to call to try and get update, if you could even talk to a live person, it would be always be * let me check and I'll call you back* and days would go by forcing you to call again. I can't say this about other Hyundai dealerships, but McDonough Hyundai in Georgia has the absolute, positively, worst customer service . It's like Popeyes Chicken, you that chicken sandwich is great, but you also they not known for the service, it ain't no Chik fil a.

Just trip 10,000 miles. Trouble free so far. Gets 34mpg consistently and seats 7. Got it for under 40k. Very comfortable. I think it's one of the most practical vehicles on the road. Only complaint is the windshield wipers only has 3 settings.

My service advisor was very helpful and efficient. I had a warranty repair done, and she handled everything very smoothly, from checkin to returning a freshly washed car to me. The wash is a nice touch.

We bought this little gem last week, and we are still discovering the things it can do. It can back itself out of a tight parking space without anyone inside. In cruise control, it will keep itself between the lines - it basically can steer itself. It can maintain a fixed distance between you and the car in front of you. The seats not only heat in the winter, but they also cool in the summer. The stereo is unbelievable. Right now we are averaging 34 mpg - just around town. It does all this in a very stylish and beautiful body. It wasn't cheap, but so far it is worth every penny.

Vehicle had to be towed in, tried to get there in the morning, was able to make appointment for later in the day for a smoother experience. Car repair complete by end of day! Great Job! ASK FOR KIRSTIE RYAN by the way!
