Used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for sale near Geneva, IL

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

I love this car and the interior and exterior design. It has a touch of luxury to its design. So much comfort and awesome features. It’s worth every penny.

The maintenance and parts are pricey but they provided a good service. Most Hyuindai dealerships seem to charge the same, so I'll mainly rate them on service. They did exactly as I asked and didn't push me to get other things done. My only complain is that I got there at 3:00 PM and was promised to be out by 5:00 PM but I didn't get to leave until 6:14 PM just for an oil change.

This car is absolutely wonderful. Everything about it is perfect except for the acceleration speed. It isn't too fast, but it gets the job done. 10/10 recommend to anyone who's in the market for a small/midsize SUV.

From when I arrived without an appointment, Chris allowed us to test drive the vehicle. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features. I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Not a bad vehicle the 2.4 liter motor is junk but Hyundai will replace it with a better motor the interior is nice overall its a sharp looking vehicle. But I will not buy another Hyundai with the garbage 2.4 liter gdi motor in it. The replacement motor is better. It's a good suv for the snow. Very reliable SUV.

I love my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport SUV. It's stylish, comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I packed my Hyundai up with my most important and valuable items, including my dog, Sasha, and immigrated from Ontario, Canada, to Florida, USA to retire. That was in 2017 and my car is still as good as new now at the end of 2022. My Hyundai is a 2016. Love it !! ❤

Great customer service and kind of pricey but was worth it.I went in a Saturday morning and was in there less than 4 hrs which I traded my vehicle in..If you have good credit it’s a breeze..I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Back up camera should be required on this vehicle. There’s so much of a blind spot that even after checking all views and mirrors, there is still 20% of an “I hope there’s nothing back there” feeling. But it doesn’t come standard. The radio in relation to the Bluetooth system is finicky and I dislike it. It has a mind of its own. Otherwise, great car and it’s treated us well.

This car met the needs we were looking for, mainly safety and reliability. Plenty of leg room in the second row and large cargo area in the rear.

I recently traded it in on a Soul and I’m now regretting that decision. It was pretty trouble free with 124,000 on it. Only thing I didn’t like is the plastic around the seat bottom broke after 2 years of ownership.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. I am a Subaru guy when it was time to sale my 2008 Subaru I could not find a used Subaru priced right the prices are extremely high. Found this used 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at a Hyundai dealership that was priced right my wife and I are extremely happy with this car, the ride is excellent, plenty of room, quality is excellent and gets good fuel mileage. 10 STARS I’ve been coming to this location for few years and overall, I have to say that they are very attentive. When they list and explain the problem with my van, they are always clear. Marco from Service Department always goes above and beyond…the best experience. From pulling into the garage to getting my rodder fix, to rental car, he made it a stress-free transaction. Which I believe, is how it should be. Marco is always friendly, professional and efficient. I cannot forget Carlos who helped walked me through rental car yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and patience to my questions. Then the other Marco from Service Porter did a fantastic job washing and cleaning my van. I mean, my van looked brand new…he was very thorough. I have never experienced this kind of service. My one-hour commute to this location is totally worth it. Great hire manager. Even though this facility is a first come first serve basis they can get very busy here sometimes, but when I come in when they first open or even at 9am I am usually out the door within 1-2 hours. The staff/check-out will do what they can to help speed the process. It really depends what type of work you need to be done.

Needed key fobs replaced. They were ordered and came in within the next couple days. Scheduled the service appointment and all was completed within two days. Have received great service upon all my visits.

this is now.my fourth hyundai sante fe and I love them. they drive nice and are good.on gas mileage. Honestly we bought one with 12 miles and maybe 4 years later had 289000 miles on it and the only thing it ever need was a starter and of course oil and brakes. car was still running perfectly when I traded it.in fearing with that kind of mileage the transmission might go and I was still paying for the car. my 2017 is the only one I've had any issue with and that was due to the engine recall. would definitely buy another hyundai sante fe in the future

The car met all my needs it has a push button to start heated seats, back up camera, drives smooth, good warranties, plenty of room for leg space.

This car has a fine exterior and interior. Very comfortable while driving and good on gas. It has a big trunk and comfortable heated seats.
