Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

I saw a car online that caught my eye that was listed through Grand Motorcars. When I read the reviews I was reluctant to even take a look much less actually make a purchase. Well I stopped in and the car was great. A bit older than I wanted but in great shape with low mileage at a good price. Marcus was the salesperson and Ivory the sales manager. I was able to get the car for what KBB and online sources suggested I should. The only downside was once I had check in hand it took longer thant expected to complete the paperwork. The actual signing took 15-20 minutes but the wait was 1.5 hours, maybe it was a busy day. That's why I gave 4/5 stars. Most cars listed in their inventory are luxury/performance and priced at mid to high 5 figures, and above. I purchased one of the lowest priced vehicles but they didn't treat me as if I was cheap.

I love this car and the interior and exterior design. It has a touch of luxury to its design. So much comfort and awesome features. It’s worth every penny.

Honestly, a little slow getting started, but once I arrived, the staff moved me smoothly through the buying process. Gave me an excellent credit on my trade in and fought to get my payment down. My salesperson was patient and friendly. Highly recommended!

This place was absolutely wonderful. Bought a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta in great condition for a good price. The staff were accommodating, kind, and helpful. The manager even drove us to the bank because we didn’t have a car, very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. Can’t account for the negative reviews, but I definitely recommend these guys.

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

Great small suv even though it feels spacious like the backup camera and seat warmers for cold days just got the car and hoping it gets good gas mileage

Not a bad vehicle the 2.4 liter motor is junk but Hyundai will replace it with a better motor the interior is nice overall its a sharp looking vehicle. But I will not buy another Hyundai with the garbage 2.4 liter gdi motor in it. The replacement motor is better. It's a good suv for the snow. Very reliable SUV.

Back up camera should be required on this vehicle. There’s so much of a blind spot that even after checking all views and mirrors, there is still 20% of an “I hope there’s nothing back there” feeling. But it doesn’t come standard. The radio in relation to the Bluetooth system is finicky and I dislike it. It has a mind of its own. Otherwise, great car and it’s treated us well.

this is now.my fourth hyundai sante fe and I love them. they drive nice and are good.on gas mileage. Honestly we bought one with 12 miles and maybe 4 years later had 289000 miles on it and the only thing it ever need was a starter and of course oil and brakes. car was still running perfectly when I traded it.in fearing with that kind of mileage the transmission might go and I was still paying for the car. my 2017 is the only one I've had any issue with and that was due to the engine recall. would definitely buy another hyundai sante fe in the future

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. This car is absolutely wonderful. Everything about it is perfect except for the acceleration speed. It isn't too fast, but it gets the job done. 10/10 recommend to anyone who's in the market for a small/midsize SUV.

Well maintained inside and out. Handles well and has very comfortable seats. This is a very nice car that offers a lot of safety and technology features (Heated steering wheel & rear seats) at a a good price point. Bought a ‘17 SF ODT Ultimate with 66000 miles on it. Recently while returning home from an out of town dinner the engine (for reason still unknown) locked up! Had it towed to Hyundai dealer in Del Rio Tx. They told me that Hyundai would replace the engine with a new one at absolutely NO CHARGE. Vehicle runs great again. I have had two BMWs in the past.
