They are so friendly and the vehicle I was looking for was in so good condition for the price, I will be recommending this place to my friends and family!

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

Nice looking vehicle goes good in the snow but the 2.4 liter motor is junk I had to get mine replaced overall very reliable suv.

This car is absolutely wonderful. Everything about it is perfect except for the acceleration speed. It isn't too fast, but it gets the job done. 10/10 recommend to anyone who's in the market for a small/midsize SUV.

Not a bad vehicle the 2.4 liter motor is junk but Hyundai will replace it with a better motor the interior is nice overall its a sharp looking vehicle. But I will not buy another Hyundai with the garbage 2.4 liter gdi motor in it. The replacement motor is better. It's a good suv for the snow. Very reliable SUV.

This car met the needs we were looking for, mainly safety and reliability. Plenty of leg room in the second row and large cargo area in the rear.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!

I love my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport SUV. It's stylish, comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I packed my Hyundai up with my most important and valuable items, including my dog, Sasha, and immigrated from Ontario, Canada, to Florida, USA to retire. That was in 2017 and my car is still as good as new now at the end of 2022. My Hyundai is a 2016. Love it !! ❤

I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

this meets all my need and more with all the whistles and bells exceeds all my expectations and great gas mileage to boot would go back to Freehold Hyundai in a second

this is now.my fourth hyundai sante fe and I love them. they drive nice and are good.on gas mileage. Honestly we bought one with 12 miles and maybe 4 years later had 289000 miles on it and the only thing it ever need was a starter and of course oil and brakes. car was still running perfectly when I traded it.in fearing with that kind of mileage the transmission might go and I was still paying for the car. my 2017 is the only one I've had any issue with and that was due to the engine recall. would definitely buy another hyundai sante fe in the future

Bought a ‘17 SF ODT Ultimate with 66000 miles on it. Recently while returning home from an out of town dinner the engine (for reason still unknown) locked up! Had it towed to Hyundai dealer in Del Rio Tx. They told me that Hyundai would replace the engine with a new one at absolutely NO CHARGE. Vehicle runs great again. I have had two BMWs in the past. TheSF is similar in performance and comfort. Excellent gas milage and performance. I am totally sold on the vehicle and warantee. Bob Price-Southwest Texas

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Back up camera should be required on this vehicle. There’s so much of a blind spot that even after checking all views and mirrors, there is still 20% of an “I hope there’s nothing back there” feeling. But it doesn’t come standard. The radio in relation to the Bluetooth system is finicky and I dislike it. It has a mind of its own. Otherwise, great car and it’s treated us well.
