Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. Hey, HQ Hyundai. My wife and I drove up here from Winter Park after being given a hard time from a local dealer there. Chris took care of the matter (a defective oil sensor), had the shuttle driver drop us off at a restaurant and had the job finished before dessert. The job was done at a lower price than WP and two hours sooner than expected.
