I took my Tuscan in for front brake work and an oil change. Rae greeted me and helped me get signed in. She also arranged for an Uber drive home. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was done in the time allotted so it all worked out smoothly. She also kept in touch with me via text and asked if I needed a ride to pick up my car. I had already arranged for a ride. Paul at the service department was awesome. He got me and out of there in 30 mins. He offered me water and snacks while I waited for my car to be serviced. Paul kept me updated on the wait time. I loved his proper communication skills and great customer service.

Paul in service was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first visit to the service department lounge was well stocked and comfortable.

Paul was attentive and courteous while setting up my car service. This was my first time for a new car service at this dealership. It took over 2 hours to get the car done. There were few people waiting when I showed up for my appointment. The waiting room was clean and offered comfortable seats. Coffee, water, fresh fruit and other snacks are available. Clean bathroom also available. I wish they did not have the ultra religious tv channel on the TV set. It was annoying. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

Great customer service! I came in for my regular Auto Butler service and as usual they were very helpful and professional. My vehicle was serviced on time. Overall great experience! Keep up the great work you guys are doing!

Mark in service was great! Got my car checked in fast although it took a bit longer than I expected for service. All was good except the lot guy that brought me my car with the radio blasting and all the windows down! But again, Mark is my go to for service issues.
