First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

My husband and I visited Hyundai of Lincolnwood to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for our growing family. From beginning to end, the experience overall was wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Ron M. He kept us up-to-speed every step of the way, which made the long wait time (expected when buying) a whole lot less unpleasant. The only con was going on a Saturday. I've also never been on a solo test drive, but it was a refreshing experience. It made it a lot easier to feel the car out before committing to buy. I appreciated the no-pressure approach.

I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

I bought my car here and have it serviced here. They are ALWAYS busy, so with the amount of cars who come here everyday, it must be a good sign of how other people appreciate their service. We were there to trade in my car for a new/used one, the out of the door price ended $9k more than the listing price so I didn't get a car from them. Although the sell deal didn't go through, staff there were very friendly and kept us busy chatting and sharing information while we were there (3 hours). The trade in price was good so we ended up selling the car to Hyundai of Lincolnwood and not getting a car from them. The nice thing about them is that their demeanor remained the same when we changed our minds to only sell and not buy, Greg treated us as friendly as the moment we walked in. It only took 2 days for us to receive a call from Greg saying a check was ready for us to pick up, all went smoothly. I'd recommend this dealership to others as long as Greg is there because we've only dealt with Greg so we can't speak for other reps but we know Greg is good and we will go to him when we are ready for a car.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales person Bohdan (Matthew) Gada was awesome from start to finish and addressed all of my questions throughout the process. He was flexible with his schedule, and actually stayed about 2 hours after he was supposed to go home to make sure all of our needs were being addressed. He was transparent with the prices which made the whole experience stress free from start to finish. Once we decided on the color, which he was patient and understanding with, the team processed the paperwork efficiently and there was not a lot of waiting around as a result. The car was detailed and spotless when I pulled away. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for purchasing a car!
