He made contact when promised, he followed up on everything he said he would, and although unsuccessful he did his best to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for . I bouth my Genesis at King- thougth it would be easier to service nearer to my home. Well worth the drive. Lacey even connected me with a salesperson to help fiquire on of the features on my vehicle. I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

I have been coming back to the dealership since i bought my Tuscon there 15 years agi and Mario has always made sure me and my car are taken care of.

From the first moment I pulled up for my appt this team was great. Service writer was excellent. While waiting in the lounge a gentleman came in and told everyone he was there to make sure we were being taken care of and see him if it was taking too long or we needed anything. Wow ! Work was done on time. Definitely where I buy my next car.

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.
