I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 30 months. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and very personable. My latest experience was with a young man named Levi Hammond. He worked extremely hard to get the deal I needed. Even when it was at a little stalemate, he didn’t let the deal die and we ended up with the vehicle. I will always start here when I need a new car. I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

We worked with Thomas Dickerson to find a car for our daughter. We were on a stricked, nearly impossible budget. Our daughter was VERY nervous about getting a car and having payments. She went back and forth several times on whether she was going to get the car she chose. He was so patient, kind, respectful, and at no time did she feel pressured to say yes. We drove an hour and 15 minutes from Columbus to see this SUV, and because of Thomas our daughter drove it home. There is a lot of competition in Columbus but when it is time for me to get another car I WILL go see Thomas. Go see them, you won't regret it.

Our experience was excellent! Brooke Paul our sales person was so helpful and took care of us very quickly! We have bought many cars off of Brooke because of how well she treats us! We were given a good price for our trade in and we were able to get into the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price! Herrnstein is an excellent place to buy vehicles because they treat you well, good service department and huge inventory to pick from! They make sure they treat you right and take care of you well!

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

Not a dealership trying to shove a car down your throat, bought my first “New Car” here and am happy with my purchase.

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer
