I love this car. Very attractive and loaded with the latest technology. You get a lot for your money. Love all the personal options and upgrades.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

I worked with an extremely easy going team at this dealership. Ernie answered my initial call and was fast to get me help with Mike who had the vehicle I wanted ready in less the a half an hour after our call! Well it turns out Mike is from Canada and also really knows his restaurants and is a very personable guy who I'd suggest to ask for if you go in! My whole buying process was smooth with ernie, Mike and their finance guy (who is very senior in his position)

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

My wife and I had a great experience at Hyundai of Escondido! As soon as we got there, we were immediately helped by Mike Nybo. He was very friendly, honest, and genuine. He wasted no time helping us see the car we were interested in and got us behind the steering wheel quickly. He directed us on a great test drive route so we could really get a good feel for the car. You could blame it on COVID, the new generation or just lack of care but this is the ONLY dealership in the state of California that has met my needs, expectations and checked all the boxes as far as service is concerned. My plan is to continue working with Auto Nation Hyundai because of the excellent job that Pablo as well as Yahere and other staff members provided. Did morals and values come into play along with empathy and attentive behavior? Did I feel safe and well cared for where my vehicle is concerned? Does this matter in the grand scheme of things? I purchased a new car two weeks ago. Noah Howell was the salesman that helped me and I want to let everyone know that he is a very honest and I felt trustworthy person. He helped me choose a car for my needs. He spent quite a while with me and I never felt like he was rushing me, or had something else to do. Every question I have asked he has given me good follow up on. I found the whole sales team from Noah, the sales manager, the contract department and the other sales team members were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend AutoNation/Hyundai of Carlsbad to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

salesperson was knowledgable and helpful. The process of buying a new car was fairly seamless -- only slightly negative thing is that there was a little more waiting for management signatures than I would have liked.
