Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

First time in service department and couldn't be more appreciated than today, Christina was excellent and attentive. Thanks for the great service and attention to concern.

The experience was just extraordinary. I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. Big shout out to Edgar, who not only explained very thoroughly the repair my vehicle had to go through but also accommodated all my needs! I was very stressed out this morning at my 730am service appointment. I believe Michael was my intake person. Michael set me and my vehicle up with a Tech, (I cannot remember his name tho, young guy,I think he said he has been there for a couple of years) who treated me right. Long story short, I left there after a couple of hours feeling much better.

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

New management, same excellent service. Tyler H was amazing. This is my 3rd purchase here and I will be back for my 4th soon! My credit score has taken a hit since purchasing my newest home. They made it work and I couldn’t be happier.

I had made an appointment for I knew what I wanted. My appointment was with Anthony Williams and he was prepared with a few autos picked out to show me upon my arrival. Anthony listened to my needs and provided choices which were perfect. Anthony was patient and provided information on each vehicle and had me drive them and discussed options. All went smoothly after I selected my first choice. Anthony prepared me with a back up plan if the numbers weren’t right but it all went great and finance department worked the numbers and I went home in a new vehicle.

I have purchased several cars in the past few years with kids turning 16 and helping family members. I wanted a Santa Cruz and Clay Cooley has several of the 2023's. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jason Perez at Hyundai Burleson. He was very honest and kind. I had been looking for a new Palisade of Kia Telluride which were very difficult to find in this market. Jason kept me up to date on the availability they had of Palisades. When it came time to purchase it, Jason was upfront and honest about the price, which was actually a better price than what the other DFW Hyundai dealers were offering. After purchasing my Palisade, Jason continued to stay in touch to offer any help or answer any questions. So pleasant!
