Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

Thanks to Bill Walsh who managed to get the car detailed the night before and get me in and out before noon on a Saturday. I love it!

Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

Shopping for a car can be a daunting process for some of us. Everyone I spoke with for advice said "go to New Jersey you get better deals." So off I went. One month in and no car. I decided to stay local and try to find a dealership and vehicle I was comfortable with. In fact, the dealership I ended up purchasing my car from was home grown in Brooklyn, at Hyundai City located at 9013 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. The sales Associate Joe Petrillo and sales Manager Scott Shannon were just great. All my questions and concerns were answered. Joe and Scott made the entire process a pleasure and actually a fun experience!. More importantly their commitment to satisfying me was amazing. Nick in after sales and everyone involved were very accommodating and helpful. We stopped in just to get a feel for the Kona and ended up leasing one on the spot. Our salesperson, Stephen, was friendly, helpful, and really answered all of our questions. Most importantly we feel that we got a great deal on a car with the features we were looking for. It is easy to drive and really comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small SUV.

This is my second time this year dealing with this Hyundai but this review wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for Briant Rosa. Both times he’s been amazing. He’s patient, helpful and TRULY goes out of his way to help. He took care of the entire process both times. And this second time I got my car without even stepping into the dealership!!! How amazing is that! I don’t know about any of you but my time is precious and I HATE wasting my time at the dealership (btw why is this even necessary?!!!🤔) I’m usually VERY skeptical about EVERYTHING!! but having dealt with Briant in the past, I knew I could trust him to handle everything from start to finish and he delivered (literally!!)~he Delivered the car right to my driveway!! I should have learned with my 1st experience with Towne Hyundai 2 years ago. I started looking for a car for my son and looked around my local area but never got a good feeling with what I saw or test drove. I decided to call Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai whom I leased a car from 2 years ago. I had selected Paramus Hyundai after calling a few Hyundai dealerships in my area. I even went to visit one 10minutes from my job and they were disappointing. I traveled all the way from Long Island to Paramus by public transportation to make my purchase. What was discussed on the phone with Brittany DiCarlo who was great and the Sale Manager Ludwin Rosa was what it was when I got there. Ludwin even picked me up at the train station in Manhattan and drove me to the dealership. The finance manager Nancy Pipolo was straight forward and NO BS! I enjoyed my experience and will be referring everyone I know to go there, WELL WORTH THE TRIP! I will be going back within the next 18month.

I worked with Rose Ruiz and a finance guy that I don’t know the name of the team overall was very courteous, responsive and helpful and create an environment where all my questions were answered, and they are more than accommodating to my schedule,. I felt that they didn’t put any pressure on me to do things differently than I wanted to and followed through on everything that they said that they would do it definitely doesn’t feel like a luxury experience, but it feels like one that’s built with hard-working and confident people at the center, trying to do their best in each instance

Aug 15, 2025 I recently bought a used car that I found online. I got a written quotation upon request electronically as I requested. I took a very long ride to get there & was treated very well.
