Great staff, top to bottom, from check in to service!

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

Very professional staff, comfortable surroundings and did not take up too much of my time. All in all a very satisfying experience.

Purchased the car new and all went well.Two weeks in the fuel pump had to be replaced.Apparently the dealership that replaced it had replaced the same part with the same problem.There was an alert in the service department.

Prompt appointment scheduling, shuttle service back home, pleasant friendly service employees. Great communication Very satisfied with the courtesy of employees & clemliness, prompt repair service. Best dealership I ever dealt with

I should have learned with my 1st experience with Towne Hyundai 2 years ago. I started looking for a car for my son and looked around my local area but never got a good feeling with what I saw or test drove. I decided to call Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai whom I leased a car from 2 years ago. With 1 short visit to Joe, we walked out with what I believe was a very good deal on a Pre owned Certified 2019 Tuscon. I wasted so much time and effort going everywhere else. Shopping for a car can be a daunting process for some of us. Everyone I spoke with for advice said "go to New Jersey you get better deals." So off I went. One month in and no car. We stopped in just to get a feel for the Kona and ended up leasing one on the spot. Our salesperson, Stephen, was friendly, helpful, and really answered all of our questions. Most importantly we feel that we got a great deal on a car with the features we were looking for. It is easy to drive and really comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small SUV.

Where to start? Maybe the best and most accommodating staff I've ever dealt with. Joe Ippolito is truly tops in his field. The entire staff really went out of there way to make us feel like family. I'm the proud owner of a new Santa Fe and the process was absolutely painless. Kudos all around!

No pressure approach, honest opinions and suggestions from the sales representative. Car was promised and delivered on time. No issues with this transaction and I would visit this dealership and salesman again.

I had selected Paramus Hyundai after calling a few Hyundai dealerships in my area. I even went to visit one 10minutes from my job and they were disappointing. I traveled all the way from Long Island to Paramus by public transportation to make my purchase. What was discussed on the phone with Brittany DiCarlo who was great and the Sale Manager Ludwin Rosa was what it was when I got there. Ludwin even picked me up at the train station in Manhattan and drove me to the dealership. The finance manager Nancy Pipolo was straight forward and NO BS!
