Exceptional dealership, and the people were absolutely wonderful to deal with! They have a great inventory to pick from, and we had no problem finding our favorite car.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Andy was very helpful and professional in helping me buy my car. I recommend his service. He even helped me pick out between cars, did not pressure me into any particular car he allowed me to choose.

This is the 3rd Hyundai I've owned (Accent, Sonata and Santa Fe Sport). I've loved all three of them and I'm sure my next vehicle will be another Hyundai. I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. Thank you, Dave (Service manager), for going above and beyond to help me with this problem. Highly recommend Fitzgerald of Clearwater.

My car was leaking oil and I did not have an appointment for service. I was told over the phone to bring it in. Kevin G. In the Service Department met me at drop off. My car was ready and repaired the same day. Kevin G was fantastic!

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. I brought my car to Crown Hyundai due to a flat tire on Tuesday. A new tire was not available and had to be ordered. I was told it would be there by 5:00 p.m. I said I had anppt at 6:00 and would bring the car back on Wednesday. When I brought the car back on Wednesday, I was told the replacement tire was never ordered. Cassandra took her time to order it for me and again I was told it would be there by 5:00 p.m. that day. Again, I couldn't wait because I had an appointment at 6:00 p.m. I said I would bring the car back on Friday which I did and Kevin Gitsen took care of me. I've had Kevin take care of me on previous service appointments and I trust him to provide good service, which he did. He kept on checking on the car and keeping me informed. He was not the one responsible for my having to be there 3 days in a row. In fact I turned to him to help me finally get the replacement tire. I was not happy with my having to be there 3 days but I want to stress that it was not Kevin's fault. He came through for me as usual. Any future service needs, I am going to request Kevin.

He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. Ken was very patient as I made my decision and never made me feel pressured into the sale like most car salesman are. I would highly recommend this place.
