I was frustrated at first but Ms. Felicia the customer relations manager stepped in and genuinely was apologetic I wanted to make things right I appreciate her sincerity and she sent me over to the Orlando location where I bought my new Tesla with Eddie. I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

You found the best place to buy a used car. Shortly after purchasing the car, it developed a problem. The dealership did not say sorry it's a used car purchased as is but they "stepped up to the plate" to take care of the problem. The service advisor Sebastian, service manager, Eddie, sales manager, Bryan and Claudio , our salesman all provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I went to Napleton's Volkswagen to purchase a used care for my daughter.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

Hey, HQ Hyundai. My wife and I drove up here from Winter Park after being given a hard time from a local dealer there. Chris took care of the matter (a defective oil sensor), had the shuttle driver drop us off at a restaurant and had the job finished before dessert. The job was done at a lower price than WP and two hours sooner than expected.

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

Good gas mileage, smooth drive and stability, roomy and good quality interiors. The sound system is OK. A bit slow when starting to run but runs OK.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Went in to have service on my 2024 Tucson and purchased a new 2025 Tucson The dealership is great they treat you like you would want to be treated. Fair and honest!!

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

I absolutely love this car!! I've had it almost two years and really enjoy driving it. I have the Ruby Wine Sport. This is my 2nd Hyundai. Previously I had a 2007 Sonata and loved it. It was an awesome Sedan (Frankie Sonata). Just wanted a crossover, I guess! No regrets.
