I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Staff helpful, courteous and NOT pushy. Gave me a good deal on a lease. Chose my vehicle in the morning and picked it up later in the afternoon. Couldn’t have been easier!

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

Probably one of the best car buying experiences ever. They showed me the car I was first looking at then 1-2 more options. I ended up going with one of the alt. options that actually had better equipment but at the same price.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I had read a few negative reviews on Yelp, so I proceeded with caution. However, once I arrived and was greeted by salesman Mark Checki, I knew I was going to have a great experience as a customer. This was my first time buying a car, or visiting a dealership on my own. I called the day before to inquire about a used 2017 Genesis G80, and Mark answered all of my questions about the process quickly and in an simple-to-understand manner. When I arrived, he quickly got the keys for me to take a test drive where I immediately fell in love with the car. I knew I wanted to buy it, and I’m pretty sure he knew as well. He was very familiar with the vehicle and all of its features. It may have helped that I was buying outright, but he was able to expedite the process for me. While I went to go get a cashier’s check from Chase around the corner, he was able to speak with my insurance company, get the car washed, and prepare all of the DMV paperwork for me. All I had to do was read over the agreement and sign the paperwork. Mark is a world class salesman and an incredible guy overall. He’s a seasoned veteran in the business and he made my experience completely enjoyable and exciting. I drove off the lot in my car within 2 hours and it could’ve been quicker if we didn’t hit a speed bump with Progressive. Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Good gas mileage, smooth drive and stability, roomy and good quality interiors. The sound system is OK. A bit slow when starting to run but runs OK.

Mr. Cabreja was professional when we got upset that the vehicle we wanted to purchase was sold and tried to advise us that he was willing to assist us to find the vehicle we wanted. He did find the vehicle and a couple of days later we drove it home. He was attentive to our needs and very caring, as if, he was a family member.

I've only owned it for less than 2 months but so far I love it! It's a lovely car, has every amenity you could think of (heated seats front and back, heated steering wheel, auto tailgate lift, etc., and is loaded with safety features. My only complaint is the "take a break" comes on constantly and you can't disable it.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

I bought 15 days ago. Yesterday, my wife asked me to add water to the wipers. When I opened the hood, I saw the the hood insolation falling apart disintegrating. On the center the hood exposed to the engine heat. I have to take to the dealer

My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

I'm very happy with my Tucson. Used car inventory is low. I test drove one on a local lot and liked the weight and handling of the car but it didn't have the equipment I was looking for. I went to Carvana and searched the same model 2019 Tucson, since that is what I had driven. I detailed every bell and whistle I wanted and there was my car and in the color I preferred. 10 minutes on the computer and the car was delivered in 3 days. Total time to receive the vehicle was 10 minutes ! The car drives great. One small (odd) detail I really appreciate is the lombard adjustment on the driver's seat. It is far superior to any I've had. I drive 1100 miles 4 times per year and look forward to my next trip. I also love the Blue Link, 3 year complimentary bonus. I can start the car with my phone and the snow will be melted and car nice and warm in these Michigan winters.
