The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

Great staff. Sales team very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and more. Financial officer professional and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family. I would buy there again.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

For the first time I can actually say that I enjoyed buying a car. Jess was amazing to work with and made the process painless. There was a small nick in the windshield of the truck we bought and she got it taken care of quickly. Would highly recommend, good deal, great salesperson.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

I purchased a used chrysler van from John Winkler a sales representative at Toth Buick in the fall 2022. John and the staff made the transaction easy and explained everything about the van to me, however being a used van a few weeks later i had some issues with the van I was amazed that after only one call to John everything was resolved perfectly The van now runs like new ! Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN GREAT. 1 MINOR BREAKDOWN THAT WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND FIXED IN 1 DAY. GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE AND IS COMFORTABLE FOR BOTH THE DRIVER & PASSENGERS. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.

I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

Very happy with our purchase. We have about 60,000km on the vehicle now (Yes Canadian). I am very pleased with the quality, performance, and reliability of the vehicle. We've had the Tuscon in the extreme Canadian Winters -40c, (-40F). Unplugged, and it has started without issue. I remember we were nervous when we bought the vehicle with the GDI 2.0L motor originally, but it has been fantastic since new. I would highly recommend the Tuscon to a young or older couple it is truly the perfect family vehicle. Great price and great reliabililty.

After meeting with the Sales Consultant, I knew that my next purchase would be my 2021 PALISADE. I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.
