Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Incredible experience at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood. Starting with Betina, who walked me through the vehicles I might be interested in seeing, sending me emails, setting up a time to meet with a sales person and even waited past her work hours to introduce herself. Anthony was our sales specialist and he help us narrow our search and put us in a 2020 Tuscon which my husband and I fell in love with. Steven was in finance and he was just amazing. We did have one issue that we contacted Robert the head salesman, and he immediately drove our new vehicle and resolved the issue quickly.

So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

First of all, I am very pleased with my Hyundai Tucson, but best of all was experience with Tim Fisher. He took his time to go over every detail of the car with my wife, and I explained all the options explained the financing extremely well, but overall just did an outstanding job. I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

I purchased a used vehicle from the Hyundai dealership which I am happy with and was a stress free process. Less than a week after the purchase I had a problem with the windshield. The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

What a nice vehicle this 2021 Hyundai Tucson Limited Edition. Comes with All wheel drive, dual climate control, dual power seats with power lumbar , dual heated seats, heated steering wheel, Sirius radio, power rear lift gate, driving lane monitor, lane change warning system, sport driving mode, infinity 8 speaker sound system, slightly larger engine than the entry level Tucson, brilliant tri-color paint, roof cross bars and sharp looking chrome door handles. Comfortable, not too big, not too small. Acceleration is a little sluggish and gas mileage about 23.Found this slightly used gem with 25,000 miles for a great price

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

Great overall vehicle with comfort and dependability. It has more advanced technology then my 2023 Infiniti and the Warranty you truly cannot beat, especially, for no additional fees.

THIS CAR HAS BEEN GREAT. 1 MINOR BREAKDOWN THAT WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AND FIXED IN 1 DAY. GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE AND IS COMFORTABLE FOR BOTH THE DRIVER & PASSENGERS. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.

After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

But Lucas still kept texting for updates. Finally late afternoon with x2 people also looking at the car I am of course the proud owner! The paperwork went very smoothly and quick. Follow up has been phenomenal!!

As a second car, or for someone's first car purchase, or a gas saver, or a beater, this car is perfect. We had 4 cylinder sedans and suvs that were our main family vehicles before. But grew out of them and into larger 3 row suvs that consume a lot of gas. This feels like it's in between both. It's not quite a mid sized suv, yet it does not feel like a compact suv. Compared to previous models, the interior feels more spacious and has higher quality design and materials. Our trim has off white leather and it looks beautiful inside. It's rather comfortable, quiet, and fun to drive for the most part, except that passengers in the back seat sometimes complain about the ride quality. Amenities are great. The tech, safety features, comforts, it's all well thought out. Sometimes I don't like some of the beeps or lane assist features, but other times I can appreciate it. Overall seems reliable, though the little 4 cylinder sometimes seems to vibrate a little too hard, and the gears are normally tuned to be a little sluggish to save gas. It can be switched to sport mode (it has a cool animation on the screen when you switch driving modes), but then the engine just revs too high and the exhaust tends to drone a bit. Normal and "smart" mode don't seem to have that issue. For going shopping or driving back and fourth to work, it's a great car. I like the looks, and the stance, though it's a little low compared to other SUVs. We took it on a 3 hour road trip once and although it wasn't the worst, it wasn't the best, most comfortable experience either. Hence why it's our second family vehicle and not our main.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

The only issue was waiting an hour to see the financial guy. It may have put off someone who was on the fence about making a purchase.

Very happy with our purchase. We have about 60,000km on the vehicle now (Yes Canadian). I am very pleased with the quality, performance, and reliability of the vehicle. We've had the Tuscon in the extreme Canadian Winters -40c, (-40F). Unplugged, and it has started without issue. I remember we were nervous when we bought the vehicle with the GDI 2.0L motor originally, but it has been fantastic since new. I would highly recommend the Tuscon to a young or older couple it is truly the perfect family vehicle. Great price and great reliabililty.

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

I was having trouble: new iPhone 15Pro would not sync. Also and issue with navigation. Richard could not have been nicer.....even went inside to tell them how good he was. They are lucky to have him working for them.

I own a 2005 Hyundai Tucson and I love it. Not one single problem in all these years! Great SUV. Everything about this SUV is remarkable! It steers great, it is a very smooth ride, gas mileage is decent. I just love my 2005 Hyundai Tucson.
