Shane was helpful in explaining how everything works considering I was lost with all the buttons (every car is different) had a fun test drive. Paperwork was done quickly. My experience was as expected. I showed up and explained how I had hit a huge rock and was concerned about the undercarriage of my car. Steve and Robert immediately had the mechanics put the car on the lift and it was fine. When I put my car in for engine service, I had to rent a loaner for 2 weeks. While signing papers at the Service Desk to pick up my repair, I mentioned that Enterprise was going to charge me an additional $75.00 for leaving the rental unit at the dealership, and not dropping it off back to Enterprise, (due to timing restraints on my end).  As I was leaving the lot, my phone rang - it was Garrett! He stated they thought it was unfair for me to have to pay that extra $75.00, and that he and his co-workers would take it upon themselves to see to it that the vehicle would be returned to rental company lot, and there by saving me that added expense.

Had an appointment yesterday on 04/23 for an oil change and was very impressed on some the changes they have made in service dept. Very organized & greeted by name & very efficient! Wait was minimal & will continue to be a repeat customer. Katherine
