The service department is great!! Elizabeth took the time to listen and took great care of me and helped me to understand what each charge was for and even got the recalls that I had missed taken care of for me. The mechanic that worked on my car also took the time to help me to understand what all was worked on and even allowed me to see the parts when I was confused about them. Both of these woman were so caring and kind! I’m very thankful for the whole service department! They were awesome!!

Currently own a 2018 Santa Fe Sport base model and now has 115k miles on it. I have know major issues a d maintenance cost have been reasonable. I hope to get another 115k off it.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

I purchased a brand new 2020 Kia Rio in 2020. Excellent vehicle. Absolutely no problems. Love my car! And the service department is friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

We bought a 2022 Kia forte gt in 2021, Corbin was the person that came out to talk to us. We let him know we were just looking. I let him know what I was wanting in the vehicle when we were ready to buy a car. Corbin let us know that you guys had just gotten the car that had everything in it I wanted. He showed us the forte, it still had the white stuff to keep from getting ruined when it was delivered to you guys. Corbin didn't push us to buy it, but asked if we would like to crunch numbers just to see what it would cost us. My husband let him know that we could do that. He let Corbin know we still weren't gonna buy the car, but when the numbers especially the interest we would be my husband said let's go ahead and buy the car. He let us know that the color we bought was the first color in Arkansas to be purchased. The car was purchased for me. I was so excited to get a brand new car. The next day we came back to get the car and I love my car. It had everything in it I wanted plus more stuff in it that I never realized came with the car. Everyone that we delt with and still deal with are amazing. Corbin would call every once in a while to ask me if I was still happy with the car and I was. I always would let him know that I loved the car it was perfect for me and my chiweenie, she has the whole back seats with her stuff in it. The warranty is terrific also. We were so happy with the service that Corbin gave us. He wasn't pushy for us to buy a car which is really nice. So many dealerships won't listen to were just looking not buying. We were so happy with you guys that a few months ago our grandson was needing a car so we came back to you guys to buy his car. Bailey did an amazing job in helping us out. We bought a 2023 Kia sportage used from Bailey and our grandson loves it. Bailey like Corbin wasn't pushy for us to buy a used car. We were able to crunch numbers and we were able to buy it. We couldn't be happier with the service that you all gave us and still giving us. Bailey will call me to see if we're still happy with the car and we sure are happy. So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.
