I have to admit, I’m not exactly a Volkswagen fan. Recently, I had been driving a Jeep Wagoneer S Launch Edition EV. Since my wife had just started her business, we were looking for a more practical vehicle to trade into—something that would be easy and convenient for everyday use. Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

We purchased from out of state (Ca) and they were very helpful and made the purchase quick and easy. My only complaint is that Gresham adds Lojac and security etching which you can't have them remove from the bill. It's a small profit for them and many dealers do it, but I would prefer it wasn't done at all. This is just the way dealers make some extra money to stay positive these days given the compeditive nature of the business now. Regardless, they did remove the lojac hardware at my request although I still payed for it, so that's better than leaving it in there where Lojac can sell your information to 3rd parties. We were in and out in a few hours and got a great price. Thanks to the team there for making this happen!

We have owned our 22’ Palisade for 2 years now and have had some issues but nothing to major. The biggest thing was when it was at the dealership for a cracked radiator. After reading online it was more common than I thought and was happening to other Palisade owners. The only other complaint that I really have is an SUV at this price should have power folding mirrors and have less road noise. Would I buy another one? I’m not sure how to answer that I think it would have been a better investment to go with a Toyota 4Runner.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

2007 Limited, new August, 2007. Almost 180K, never been in shop. Sure-footed as a mountain goat in snow/ice here in Maryland. Fast, holds its own on highway. VERY comfortable interior. VERY quiet - a key purchasing point for us. Styling still ahead of its time - looks much better than competitors. Plenty of cargo room. She’ll be with us forever!

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! I just have to say that Michael at the Beaverton location went above and beyond and was so friendly and relaxed! I felt like I was doing business with a friend! I have told so many people about going here and when it's time to trade in my car I will DEFINITELY be coming back here! They are totally up front and honest and aren't just in it for the money...I can tell Michael really enjoys helping people and takes pride in what he does here!! My wife and I have very much enjoyed the ride and comfort of our new (to us) 2022 Hyundai Palisade. The features are wonderful. I wish I could permanently disable the auto engine shutoff when stopped at a stop light, because I feel it adds more wear and tear on the engine. I do love the V6 engine when on the interstate. I wished it had a little better fuel economy. Overall, it is a wonderful vehicle with a lot of leg room for an adult in any of the 3 rows.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

Love this car!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. We were going back between the Palisade & Telluride, test drove both and the Palisade was far superior and drove much smoother. Love the 3rd row automatic seats and that the PRND are buttons, not a switch or knob — gives it a much more elegant feel for the money. Comfortable/spacious enough for 7 (we have the captains chairs). I’d buy this again for sure!!!

I flew all the way from Arkansas to purchase a 2006 V8 4Runner Limited after seeing the listing online. Their customer service was above and beyond. The staff were very accommodating. I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

I've had Santa Fe 2015 for 10 years now. Last week my mom went on a long 4 hour drive trip. There was a big dumb on the ground and she fell on it. The car was flipped 6 times but guess what? I videocalled my mom in an hour and she was fine with just a bruise on her wrist. Imagine keep flipping 6 times and not having a scratch. This car saved my mom's life.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

Stand-outs would be Ethan as a young but very professional and knowledgeable sales representative. He knows his stuff and has a great future in sales - fantastic. Luis as Sales Manager - again very professional and courteous. Made the negotiation (which was really pretty short and easy) enjoyable - and that's from one Sales Professional to another! I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

I wanted a nice car at a value price at a great price so I got the 2019 Santa Fe and it had 30,000 miles on it and this thing runs and drives as smooth as glass

We have a 2013 and it has 230k on it and runs like new, body is in excellent condition, been normal wear and tear things but we have gotten our money’s worth out of it and would buy another, we have the turbo model so it’s fun to drive and has the power on the high way.
