Is it pretty? No. Does it drive fast? No. Is it a chick magnet? Certainly not. But my 2004 Hyundai Elantra has excelled according to a criterion far more important than any of these others: reliability. Maintenance costs are low. Hardly ever needs a repair. Gets me from Point A to Point B on a regular basis. Isn't that what cars are supposed to do?

I love my elantra. I haven't hardly had any problems with it at all. However I also experienced the paint chipping on my white hyundai. I was also told that it was a rock. Now reading others comments about their paint shipping I question it. I paid out of pocket because it wasn't worth going through insurance with deductible and everything. Other than that I have had absolutely no problem with my Hyundai. I also like the look of it on the outside. I thought about trading for a newer one but I also don't like the styles of the new ones. I wish they still made them like the 2016 exterior. I would love to have a newer one but I would like for it to look like the 2016 hyundai. The reason for that is you could look at the car and see it was a Hyundai elantra. Now I feel like the new launchers look like every other car on the road.

Small and simple great first car 👍 not super reliable like a Honda but still seems really reliable, I bought mine for $2,800 2 years ago still running extremely well today with 160,000 miles. Small engine and easy to repair, only real repair I've had to do on it is a water pump, expect a cheap economy car if you take good care of it then it will treat you right.

2007 Limited, new August, 2007. Almost 180K, never been in shop. Sure-footed as a mountain goat in snow/ice here in Maryland. Fast, holds its own on highway. VERY comfortable interior. VERY quiet - a key purchasing point for us. Styling still ahead of its time - looks much better than competitors. Plenty of cargo room. She’ll be with us forever!

I had a 2015 Elantra that that I loved but it was totaled in a wreck. It kept me safe so I looked for another Elantra and found my 2016 with low miles in 2021. It's given me zero issues in almost 20K miles of driving. I just did the 45K maintenance at the dealer and got the security issue updated; otherwise, just oil changes and tire rotations. Lots of room, even with two car seats in the back. Decent power for its size and great gas mileage. My 2016 has a few less features than my 2015 did (no Bluetooth, no audio controls on steering wheel, no heated leather seats) but performs just as well. My only complaint is that the tint is starting to peel but that's due to the Florida sun.

Those persons who complain about their vehicles, remember these are used vehicles and HAVE THEM CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU BUY. GO TO YOUR MECHANIC LET THEM CHECK THEM OUT. Cars plus credit is a used car dealership better than most. Would buy a pair of shoes without trying them on. No you wouldn't. So be smart have your vehicle checked out by a reliable before you buy. I bought this car 6 1/2 years ago from a widow. It had very low mileage. It still does. (52,000 miles) At the time I wished it had a backup camera. But then I found an after market one with a t 9 inch screen that fit the dash and had it installed. Being retired, I don't put a lot of miles on it and wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be my last car. My first Hyundai, a Santa Fe lasted for 15 years and my wife's Entourage lasted 13.. Hyundai vehicles, with their long warranties deliver the most bang for the buck in my opinion. My wife now drives a Tucson and couldn't be happier.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

Bought a 2008 Sonata used for my teenage daughter. Paid $5000. It had about 100K miles on it when we got it in about 2016. She is still driving it 6 years later, it has about 150K miles on it, and it has never had a mechanical problem. We've done tires, brakes, oil changes, a radiator flush and not much else to it. Still 100% working order. If it dropped dead tomorrow we would have gotten our money out of it, but who knows - might go another 5 years/50K with no issues. Great car. Great quality. We have the Sport Limited Turbo 2.0 in white. Power is good. But, sometimes it seems like the turbo isn't boosting as you're getting on the throttle. Stock tires are noisy, so we put some quiet Michelins on and it helps a lot. Interior-wise, the Nav panel and controls is really something to be desired. It just plains stinks. I'd love to have the newer radio/Nav display that the KIA's have. Trunk is very spacious and leather seats are comfortable. Overall, it's great for long trips (33 mpg on the interstate driving 77mph) and it's a nice looking car. Not as cool as our son's 2022 KIA K5 GT-line, though!

Not here at Silver Eagle. Looked at a couple and Aldo (our salesman) was straight honest about what still needed to be done or what they thought they needed to do/look at. Didn't want to send us home with a car that we would call them about a motor or transmission problem. Not how they do business. They helped us figure different ways we could finance. This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

Bought it 2nd hand in 2022 at km 93,000. Now, December 2023 at 135,000km. No issues at all ! Looks great, comfortable & reliable. Great value
